How long does it take to graduate from the school?
We offer programs that last anywhere from a week to a few months, or longer depending on the schedule you choose. We offer flexible schedules to allow you to balance your life and your education. Our Esthetics program can be completed in 18 weeks, our Nail Technology program in 8 weeks, and our Waxing program in 3 weeks, if you choose the full-time schedule.
What do I need to provide to enroll at Christine Valmy?
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Social Security card or ITIN documentation
- Students must be 17 years of age or older
- Seven 2” x 2” passport photos
- Personal interview at the school
- Completed registration for the State of New Jersey
As required by the State of NJ Board of Cosmetology & Hairstyling, a school assessment of English language comprehension may be required prior to acceptance and enrollment in English language courses. See your Enrollment Officer for details. (NJAC 13:28-6.9)

What does the in-person enrollment appointment look like?
- A personal interview with one of our enrollment advisors
