Please email only Student Relations for requests to make up hours that you may have missed in class.
Requests must be made 2 weekdays prior to the date for which you wish to make up hours, and must be approved in advance. For example, if you wish to make up hours on a Monday, please ensure your request is made no later than the morning of the Thursday prior.
Students in Theory or Practical can only make-up hours in Theory or Practical. Clinic students can make-up hours in Theory, Practical, or Clinic lecture. Nails students can make-up hours in another Nails class.
Make-up hours schedules are available for FTD / MT / W-F / PTW / PTE but can only be done outside your schedule.
Students must be up-to-date on their payments to make up hours.

Please contact the Clinic only for questions about Homework, Open Hours, or Clinic procedure, and NOT to make up hours in Clinic. To make up hours in Clinic lecture you must receive approval from Student Relations.
Please email Bruna Shaqiraj if you need technical assistance or help with Zoom or a class link. She is NOT able to answer questions about make-up hours, graduation, or schedules.
