How to Make an Antioxidant Mask

What can antioxidants do for your skin?

Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals and enzymes that can help prevent and repair damage to your body’s tissue. Antioxidants do this by slowing or preventing the effects of free radicals, which start oxidation. This is why it’s important to constantly replenish your supply of antioxidants to avoid damage from oxygen that can lead to cell dysfunction.
